Emerging advances in device-free sensing demonstrate the potential of Wi-Fi Channel State Information (CSI) as a nonintrusive modality for monitoring human activities and environmental events. Unlike camera-based or wearable solutions, CSI sensing offers a privacy-friendlier alternative by leveraging ubiquitous wireless signals without requiring direct user participation. This work introduces a privacy-aware monitoring framework that integrates lightweight TinyML models for on-device inference with token-budgeted differential privacy mechanisms for natural-language event summarization. By converting raw CSI data into concise, human-readable summaries, the system enables transparent and secure reporting of monitored events while rigorously protecting sensitive information. Experimental evaluations highlight the feasibility of combining CSI sensing with differential privacy to balance utility and confidentiality, paving the way for ethical, privacy-preserving monitoring in smart environments, healthcare, and public safety applications.
