The rapid adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has transformed logistics operations by enabling real-time data collection, enhanced visibility, and data-driven decision-making. This study aims to examine the impact of IoT Capability, Operational Visibility, and Decision-Making Effectiveness on Logistics Efficiency. The research seeks to understand how IoT-enabled practices contribute to improved asset management, reduced uncertainty, and enhanced operational performance in logistics organisations. A descriptive and quantitative research design was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 90 logistics professionals. The sample size was determined using G*Power 3.1 software to ensure adequate statistical power. The data were analysed using SPSS, employing descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that all three independent variables have a positive and statistically significant impact on logistics efficiency. Among them, Decision-Making Effectiveness was found to have the strongest influence, indicating that the effective use of real-time IoT data plays a critical role in optimising logistics operations. IoT Capability was identified as a foundational factor enabling better asset management and predictive maintenance, while Operational Visibility significantly reduced uncertainty, minimised delivery delays, and enhanced service reliability. The findings of the study highlight that logistics efficiency is not achieved through technology adoption alone, but through the effective integration of IoT capability, visibility, and data-driven decision-making. The study contributes to both academic literature and managerial practice by providing empirical evidence on IoTenabled logistics efficiency and offering practical recommendations for logistics organisations.
