📝 Abstract
Nanofiber scaffolds are getting a lot of attention in material science and biomedical engineering. This is because they have some cool properties like a high surface area, they are porous and they look like the natural stuff that our cells live in. Electrospinning is a way to make these nanofiber scaffolds. It is also very flexible and not too expensive. This method helps make fibers from polymers. The fibers have a controlled shape and strength. This project is about making nanofiber scaffolds using electrospinning. We want to see how they look and how strong they are. We chose Polyvinyl Alcohol or PVA for short as our material. PVA is good for spinning into fibers it is safe for living things it dissolves in water. It makes uniform fibers in an ecofriendly way. To make these scaffolds we first prepare a solution of PVA. Then we adjust the electrospinning settings right. Finally, we make mats of nanofibers in a controlled way. We do all this to make sure our nanofiber scaffolds are good, for use. The goal is to make nanofiber scaffolds with good properties. Nanofiber scaffolds have a lot of potential in engineering. They can help our bodies heal and grow tissues. The nanofiber scaffolds that we made will be tested using a tool called Scanning Electron Microscopy or SEM for short. This test will help us see how the fibers are shaped how thick they are and what their surface looks like. We will also do some tests like checking how much strength it takes to break the fibers to see if they are strong and durable. These tests will help us understand how the way we made the fibers affects how they look and how strong they're. The goal is to make a nanofiber scaffold that's very uniform and strong so it can be used in many different applications, such as biomedical scaffolds, protective layers. Our findings will help people understand more about making nanofiber scaffolds. Will be a good starting point, for making new and useful materials from nanofibers. The nanofiber scaffold is expected to show improved uniformity and mechanical stability. The findings of this work contribute to the understanding of electrospun nanofiber fabrication. Provide a foundation for further development of functional nanofiber-based materials.
